Situated only nine miles south of Chula Vista is the Mexican border and if you travel north seven miles, you’ll run into Downtown San Diego, giving the residents and tourists easy access to America’s Finest City.
From estate homes to affordable housing, Chula Vista has just the right home for all types of buyers and families. There are older established neighborhoods, along with new communities such as Eastlake and Otay Ranch to name a few.

One of the biggest new developments in all of San Diego County is Millenia located next to Otay Ranch and Eastlake. Have you driven by the Otay Ranch Mall in Chula Vista? Directly across the street from the mall and In-N-Out is a new multi-billion-dollar project called Millenia in Chula Vista. Located just east of SR125 at Birch Road, this 210-acre community will be equivalent to about 80 city blocks. The build-out (20 years) of Millenia will be equivalent to about 80 city blocks with plans for 3,000 multi-family residences, 2 million square feet of Class A office space on about 30 acres. Additional amenities will include 1.5 million square feet of retail, six themed urban parks and a variety of tree-lined promenades, casual gathering places, bike ways, and plazas.
