San Diego South County
San Diego South County Houses (South Bay) consists of a number of communities that are ideal neighborhoods to call home. All the South Bay homes are located 20 minutes or less from downtown and Mission Valley. Imperial Beach is a residential beach city in the South Bay. It’s only 14 miles south of La Mesa and Mission Hills. Imperial Beach is very popular among real estate investors and buyers alike. San Miguel Ranch is located in the eastern portion of Chula Vista, just north of Eastlake and Rolling Hills Ranch.
